Lincoln Institute Instructors & Staff Lynn Armatoski, C.M.T. Lynn began teaching massage in 1997. She teaches Basic Circulatory Massage and aromatherapy at Lincoln Institute. She is a stickler for proper body mechanics. Lynn has been helping massage students bend their knees and keep their backs straight for over a decade! Lynn practices the art of Feng Shui. She loves plants and our plants love her!
Robin Collier, L.ac., Dipl. Ac., C.H. (NCCAOM) Robin is a licensed acupuncturist and is nationally board certified. She has a Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and did her post graduate program in Classical Five Element Acupuncture which she practices full time. She is also a practical examiner for the NCCAOM. Robin is interested in a variety of healing modalities and has traveled to Peru and China to enrich her educational experience. Robin teaches acupressure and eastern modalities at Lincoln Institute.
Warren Kingdon, B.S., C.M.T. Warren has worked in the healthcare profession for over 30 years as a Registered Pharmacist. He has taught pharmacology, chemistry and anatomy and physiology to pharmacy students for the United States Army. Warren teaches basic anatomy and physiology as well as advanced anatomy and kinesiology. Warren and his wife enjoy taking cruises together.
Barbara Sobel, C.M.T. Barbara is a certified massage therapist as well as a certified aromatherapist. Barb shares self-help remedies using therapeutic essential oils . She teaches advanced massage techniques which help keep therapists interested in their field. She has been the Director at Lincoln Institute since 1990 and also teaches massage workshops at Santa Ana Community College and Santiago Canyon College as part of their Community Service Programs. Barbara loves to travel. Ask her about Cairo or Beijing!
John Starkey, C.M.T. John teaches "Lypossage", a unique body contouring modality. Trained by Charles Wiltsie III, in Connectitut, John brings this cellulite reduction modality to Southern California spa owners and massage therapists. John is passionate about helping people lose inches while reducing cellulite. His hands on approach and attention to detail makes his classes interesting and practical for the therapist who wants to add Lypossage to their menu of services. John works part tiem in a day spa setting, specializing in Lypossage and natural facelift techniques.
Margaret Zhao, C.M.T. Margaret graduated from Hua Zhong University where she received her bachelor's degree in education. While in China, Margaret also studied under the Masters of Tai Chi, Qi Gong and acupressure and herself became a teacher of these traditional Chinese forms of healing. She has taught for over a decade in Orange County, and continues to enlighten and inspire her students to apply these healing practices in their own lives. A true believer in the healing power of laughter, Margaret pioneers humor therapy and performs as a stand-up comedian in her spare time.
